TERMS & CONDITIONS
PRINCIPAL TERMS
This agreement commences on the date you begin your
membership with us.
You will be entitled to all the rights and privileges
set out for the type of membership you have purchased.
All memberships, programmes and services purchased are
non-transferable and non-refundable.
MEMBERSHIP MANAGEMENT
Your Club Right account
Epsom Boxing Academy operates a self-service
membership management system via ‘Club right’.
On joining Epsom Boxing Academy you must claim/set up
your Club right account.
You are responsible for making changes to your
membership using your Club right account.
You are responsible for keeping your Club right
details current at all times.
If you ask Epsom Boxing Academy to make changes to
your account you may incur additional admin fees.
BOOKING SESSIONS
You must book in to the sessions you want to attend
each week via your Club right account.
You can download the mobile app ‘Club Right’ from Google Play or The App Store.
If you do not book you may be refused entry to the
class.
CANCELLING SESSIONS /MEMBERSHIP
Please be courteous and cancel sessions you have booked but cannot attend.
Once a membership has been purchased for the month, if you decide to cancel during the month, any payments made are non refundable for that month.
LATE ARRIVAL (Not applicable to Personal
Training Clients)
If you are more than 15 minutes late to a session, you
will be refused entry, and your session will be lost.
WAITING LISTS (Not applicable to
Personal Training Clients)
If you are on the waiting list, you will be notified
if a slot becomes available.
The offer is time limited, and you must therefore
monitor your notifications and accept this slot to secure your place.
If you do not accept your place within the time limit,
it will be offered to the next person on the list.
We highly recommend you download the ‘Club Right’
mobile app and agree to push notifications so that you don’t miss out.
Fit to Box
By completing your registration on club right you are
confirming that you are fit to box and agree to yourself/your child if under 18,
taking part in amateur boxing knowing
that it is a contact sport and injuries may occur.
